Monthly Donation
1. At your request, a $1, $2 or $3 donation to the Genesis Oncology Trust will be automatically added to your Genesis Energy bill every month. This will be displayed separately from the other charges on your energy invoice.
To start donating, Genesis Energy customers can do one of the following:
a) Call 0800 300 400 (residential customers) or 0800 600 900 (business customers) and use the Interactive Voice Response to enter your Genesis Energy consumer number and confirm that you wish to donate $1, $2 or $3 to the Genesis Oncology Trust via your Genesis Energy bill
b) Visit genesisenergy.co.nz/got and complete the online form with your consumer number (this can be found on the top right hand corner of your bill)
c) In My Account select the ‘start donating’ link and select the amount to donate each month - residential customers only
2. You can choose to cancel your Donation to the Genesis Oncology Trust at any time by contacting Genesis Energy.
3. Genesis Energy will send an approved tax receipt to your billing address for the total annual donation amount received from you by 30 June every year.
4. No prompt payment discount will be given on your donation.
5. Once a donation has been deducted from your energy invoice, this may not be refunded.
