EnerLogic Window Film - Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Genesis Power Limited trading as Genesis Energy ("Genesis Energy"). The term of the promotion is from 24 February 2012 to 31 October 2012 ("Promotional Period"). The promotion is open to all Genesis Energy residential and business customers ("Customer").

2. The Offer comprises of a 15% discount off the installed price of EnerLogic Window Film ("Offer").

3. The Offer is not available in conjunction with other offers from Proven Systems Ltd, trading as DVS.

4. To redeem the Offer the Customer must fill in the form on the EnerLogic Window Film Smart Savers page at genesisenergy.co.nz/smartsavers or genesisenergy.co.nz/smartsaverswork. A representative from Proven Systems Ltd, trading as DVS, will then contact you to discuss the Offer and provide further information regarding the Enerlogic Window Film. Purchases must be made before 31 October 2012 to obtain the Offer.

5. Genesis Energy takes no responsibility and has no liability (in contract or tort, including negligence, or otherwise) for any damage, loss or cost in relation to the supply, installation, performance or servicing of the Enerlogic Window Film. Any and all warranties (whether express or implied) given in relation to any EnerLogic Window Film or its performance are solely between Proven Systems Ltd, trading as DVS, and the Customer.
