10% Prompt Payment Discount*

A 10% prompt payment discount on your energy account is available when you pay your bill in full by the due date.

*Discount is not applicable to members of Farmlands or CRT.

If you have a query about anything, from your payment options to saving power on your irrigation pump, call our Specialist Rural Team on 0800 600 950. You’ll be able to talk to our rural specialists between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you call after hours, you’ll be able to access account information through our free automated phone service, Easyphone.
