EvenPay allows you to make regular payments, which can help you budget and save money.
How does it work?
With EvenPay you pay the same amount from your bank account every week, fortnight or month, based on your previous energy usage. Or you can pay a fixed amount from your credit card every month.

Setting up EvenPay
You will need to contact us to be set up on an EvenPay plan.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your bank account/credit card to cover the regular payments.
Residential customers can contact us on 0800 300 400 Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm.
Business customers can contact us on 0800 600 900 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
EvenPay Terms and Conditions
We will review your EvenPay arrangement at least once every 12 months, or sooner if it appears we have used inappropriate or incorrect amounts. If your account is in credit or debit when we complete the review, your fixed payments will be adjusted accordingly. If there is a credit balance on your account, we will refund this to you at our discretion. We will give you 30 days’ notice of any changes to your EvenPay arrangement. In the event you fail to pay any of your EvenPay amounts on time, we may cancel the EvenPay arrangement immediately on notice to you. If you wish to resume an Even Pay arrangement, any arrears on your account must be paid in full prior to a new EvenPay arrangement being entered into and we may, in accordance with our standard terms and conditions, require you to pay a bond.
